Officer's Report
The proposal is to erect an oil tank/bin enclosure next to St Georges Church. The area is currently used to store bins. The enclosure will be constructed out of natural stone to match the church. I consider the proposal will not adversely affect the setting of the church and nor would impact significantly the visual amenities of the locality. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.
