In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr. and Mrs. M. Fletcher – Demolition of storage building and erection of a garage, Land at Ballalonna Farm, Dalby, Patrick, IM5 3BW, subject to compliance with the following conditions:-
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawings numbered SM 06/107/1, -/3, and -/4, date-stamped 18.05/07.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no garden sheds or garages shall be erected within the site other than the garage authorised by this approval.
