In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Dandara Commercial Ltd Proposal: Amendments to office building/licensed premises approved under PA’s 02/01784 GB and 02/01785CON comprising partial set back of third floor to create terrace, provision of revolving entrance door, creation of cafe/bar on level one, and internal alterations (In association with 07/00677CON)

which was considered on 19th July 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to amendments for to an offices/licensed premises redevelopment scheme as shown in drawing numbers 20, 21, 22 Rev A, 23 Rev A, 24 Rev A, 25 Rev A, 26 Rev A, 27 Rev A, 28, 29, APL37, APL38, APL39 and APL40 date stamped 5th April 2007, Supporting information from Dandara Commerical Ltd date stamped 5th April 2007.
- Prior to the occupation of the proposed office space as such, full details of the long terms arrangements for the proposed off site parking spaces must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority.
Note: The preferred form of these arrangements would be an Agreement under section 13 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1999.
- The windows to the existing courthouse must be timber frame sliding sash unless indicated as being fixed light or hopper windows.
- The windows to the extension with elevations to Church Street and Nelson Street, shall be bottom hinged inward opening, unless indicated as non-opening.
NOTE For a change in the water supply to premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Michael Karren), telephone 695957.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Safety Department as the premises falls within the scope of the Fire Precautions Act 1975
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
