Planning approval is sought to replace existing casement windows at 24 Stanley Road, Peel with upvc sliding sash windows to front and rear on the mains dwelling and casement windows on the existing extension to the rear. In addition, it is proposed to replace the existing front door with a timber effect upvc door in green.
The property is located within the Peel Conservation Area and the proposal is considered to represent an enhancement on the existing windows and door.
Peel Town Commissioners recommend that the application be approved.
