Hi Peiran, We need more detail on the type of permeable paving proposed for the driveway together with construction details. Is the whole driveway to be constructed with permeable paving or just the extended section? Given the topography of the driveway, there is a possibility that surface water infiltrating through the paving will drain toward the adjacent property which is lower. Contrary to note 06 on the drawing, there is a surface water sewer on the opposite side of the carriageway in Ballanard Road that surface water runoff could be drained to but if Manx Utilities are satisfied with it draining into their foul/combined sewer then so be it.
