In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby REFUSE the application by Mr. D. Moore – Approval in principle for the erection of three dwellings with associated roads and sewers, Land abutting Peel Road, opposite The Braddan Church junction, Peel Road, Braddan, for the following reasons:-

The development of the site as proposed would be contrary to –

(a) the extant Braddan Parish District Local Plan; and (b) the Isle of Man Strategic Plan;

and would be harmful to the character and appearance of the area. Date of Issue: 23rd October 2007. By Order of the Minister
