In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the application made by you on behalf of:
De-Winton Properties Ltd Proposal: Conversion of three properties to nine flats at: Caledonia, Sunningdale & Chatsworth Bay View Road Port Erin which was considered on 30 November 2001, for the reasons set out in the attached schedule. Date of Issue: 6th December, 2001

- The application makes no provision within the site for the parking of vehicles in association with the apartments, which is considered to be contrary to the interests of road safety.
NOTE This decision is without prejudice to the submission of a further application which indicates parking to save the development within the curtilage of the site.
