In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 22 March 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings CHT 07/001/1, CHT 07/001/2, CHT 07/001/3 and CHT 07/001/9 all received on 5th February 2007.
- In the interests of road safety dropped kerbs shall be installed at the junction of the proposed access with Lezayre Park.
NOTE The applicant must obtain approval from the Network Operations section of DoT Highways before carrying out any work within the highway, including the installation of dropped kerbs. Telephone: 686665.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Safety Department to discuss the fire precautions.
NOTE For a change in the supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the IoMWA Byelaws Inspector (Michael Karran), tel. 69 59 57
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
