Dear Mr. Johnstone, Re: Relocation of existing kitchen extraction duct (07/00222/B) - Silver Star Takeaway, 1 Waterloo Road, Ramsey Please find a statement that set out the position of the Planning Authority in respect of the above planning application.
The statement comprises of three parts:
- A copy of the Planning Officers report which assessed the proposal and recommended that the planning application be refused. These were considered and accepted by the Director of Planning and Building Control on the 26/07/07;
- Copy of the decision notice for this planning application; and
- A set of suggested conditions and notes in the event that the appointed Planning Inspector is minded to recommend that the application be approved.
If the Inspector is minded to recommend to the Minister that the application is approved, the Department would suggest that the following conditions and notes are attached to the approval notice:
a. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
b. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 00222/1, 00222/2 and 00222/3 on 5th February 2007.
