In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 30 March 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of equipment cabinets and ancillary works to support two temporary up masts as shown in drawing numbers DO.E_01613 Sh 1 of 1 and DO.P2-26835 1of 1 Rev 2 date stamped 6th February 2007, Letter from Ian Hewitt Associates date 3rd February 2007.
- Prior to the installation of the equipment and ancillary works, a letter notifying the date of installation shall have been submitted to the planning authority. Thereafter, the cabinets and ancillary works hereby permitted shall be removed
from the site within 12 months of the date of installation, as notified to the planning authority.
NOTE The applicant is recommended to consult the Fire Safety Department of the IoM Fire and Rescue Service to discuss fire precautions in connection with this application.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
