In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: National Grid Wireless Proposal: Installation of equipment cabinets and ancillary development at: Transmitter Site Chibbyr Pheric Road Rencell Laxey Isle Of Man IM2 3AP
which was considered on 14 March 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of equipment cabinets and ancillary development as shown in drawing numbers 18843.004/1, 18843.005/1, 18843_28_150_M02_02, 18843_28_100_M02_02, 18843_28_101_M03_03 date stamped 21st January 2007, Letter from National Grid Wireless dated 20th December 2006 and email from National Grid Wireless dated 13th March regarding the colour coating of the cabinets.
- Within one month of the installation of the equipment cabinets hereby approved, they shall be colour coated in full accordance with the approved details. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of being carried out.
- In the event of the equipment cabinets erected under this approval becoming redundant it must be taken down and removed from the site within 3 months of cessation of use.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
