In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Cable And Wireless Isle Of Man Limited Proposal: Replacement of a wooden flagpole with a 6m steel flagpole with shrouded antennas with associated equipment cabinet at: Public Conveniences West Quay Peel Isle Of Man
which was considered on 27 February 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of a 6m steel flagpole with shrouded antennas with associated equipment cabinets as shown in drawing numbers 02162/1, 104/010 Issue A, 104/012 Issue A, 104/013 Issue A, 104/014 Issue A, 104/017 Issue A dated stamped 13th December 2006, Supporting statement prepared by CH2M Hill dated 5th December 2006, Declaration of Conformity with ICNIRP Public Exposure Guidelines dated 13/12/06
- In the event of the antennas, transmission dishes and equipment cabinets erected under this approval becoming redundant it must be taken down and removed from the site within 3 months of cessation of use.
- Within one month of the installation of the mast with shrouded antennas hereby approved, they shall be colour coated in full accordance with details shown on the approved plans. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of being carried out.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
