In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 28th September 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the construction of stables as shown in drawing WL/06/1013/1 received on 18th December, 2006 and the accompanying location plan.
- The building may only be used for the keeping of horses and/or related equipment and/or horse feed.
- No works may commence on the proposed building until such times as the entrance and access from the existing access lane have been improved in accordance with the drawings which satisfy conditions 4 and 5 of the approval granted in respect of PA 05/92395.
NOTE The applicant is encouraged to paint the external render of the new building in a natural colour - dark brown or dark or olive green - to enable the building to better blend in with its surroundings.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
