Re: PA 06/02221 – Extension on rear elevation and erect two solar panels, Croit Ashlish, Blackberry Lane, Onchan
I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Monday 15th January 2007.
“The Commissioners would recommend approval to the rear extension and solar panels but would object to the reduction in size of the garage to form the ensuite as this results in the loss of car parking behind the building line contrary to the Onchan Local Plan.”
