In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: National Grid Wireless Proposal: Installation of equipment cabinets and ancillary development at: Telecommunications Site Port St Mary Golf Club Fistard Port St Mary Isle Of Man
which was considered on 27 February 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of equipment cabinets and ancillary development as shown in drawing numbers 16636.004/1, 16636.005/1, 16636_28_100_M02_02, 16636_28_150_M02_02 date stamped 21st December 2006, Letter from National Grid Wireless dated 20th December 2006.
- In the event of the equipment cabinets erected under this approval becoming redundant it must be taken down and removed from the site within 3 months of cessation of use.
- Within one month of the installation of the equipment cabinets hereby approved, they shall be colour coated in full accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of being carried out.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
