Officer's Report

Approval is sought for the siting of a temporary site hut at Ardwallan Outdoor Education Centre, for the period of the construction of the Viking Longhouse at the site. The hut, a single storey pitched roof structure, would be sited to the west of the existing buildings and to the south of the site for the proposed Viking Longhouse.

Subject to condition, the proposal is considered to be acceptable.

Braddan Parish Commissioners advise of no objection and are accordingly granted Interested Party Status under the provisions of Planning Circular 1/06
