Officer's Report

The property is located within a Conservation Area. The proposal is to erect a conservatory to the rear of the property within an existing recess. To the rear of the site is a lane, the proposed conservatory would not be readily visible from the lane. I do not consider the proposed conservatory will cause any significant impact on the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.
