It is proposed to remove the chimney to the rear outlet/elevation of 3 & 4 Ballaquane Road, Peel.

The rear of the property is visible from Ramsey Road, however, it is considered that the removal of the chimney will have no adverse impact of the streetscene, and the proposal is considered to be acceptable.
