d) 06/1816. Rushen Parish Church. The Vicar and Wardens. Enlargement of existing door forming disabled ramp, internal works to provide disabled facilities within existing w.c. building. No objections.

e) 06/1801. Cregville, Cregneash. Miss S Shimmin. Response to condition (4) of the approval granted in respect of PA 05/930, such as to amend the number and proportions of the rear windows and to include a chimney stack on the rear gable. No objections.

06/1914. Ballanard House, Ballnahowe. Mr C Morris. Lean-to conservatory to rear of property. No objections.

06/1930. Level Garage Site. Modena Developments Ltd. Erection of two detached dwellings and associated parking and garden facilities. Whilst these plans have addressed some of the problems with previous applications e.g. the fronts of the properties have been angled so that they face the main road and there are now only two, the Commissioners feel that these houses are overly large for this setting. A plan showing the height of these compared to others alongside and opposite would be helpful to show what impact there may be.
