Dear Ms Callow

Maughold Parish Commissioners held a meeting to consider planning issues on Friday 22nd September 2006, and would like to submit comment on the following applications:

PA06/01468/B Enlargement of kitchen window; 16 Ballagorry Drive, Maughold. The Commission have no concerns to express with the enlargement of the kitchen window. They would, however, ask the Planning Committee to investigate whether additional new window openings are being installed elsewhere in the property - as seems to be indicated on the drawings supplied. Such works are not discussed in Section 8 of the planning application.

PA06/01505/B Installation of timber sash frame windows to replace existing; Ballagilley Cottage, Hibernia. The Commission have no concerns with this application.

PA06/01527/B Alterations and extensions to provide new porch, bay window and dormer window; White Farm Cottage, Dreemskerry. The Commission have no concerns with this application.

PA06/01547/B Construction of a two storey link extension and window alterations; Windmill Farm Cottage, Maughold. The Commission have no concerns with this application.
