In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 22 January 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval is for a maximum period of 5 years from the date of this notice; if, at the end of this period, there is not in place planning approval for a further period, the mobile class-room must be removed from the site, and the use of the site must revert to a car-park.
- The existing staggered arrival and leaving times and the car-parking management regime must remain in operation during the period specified in condition (2) above.
- Prior to the commencement of any works the applicant must consult with the MEA (tel: 687705) to discuss working practices around existing cables in the area of the site; the development must be undertaken in accordance with the recommendations arising from this consultation.
- Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to drawings numbered KM/01 and /02 and date-stamped 5.9.06.
NOTE Consultation with the Disability Access Office and the Fire Safety Department is recommended.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
