Mr S Richardson Glenfaba 5 Empress Drive Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 4LQ
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr S Richardson Proposal: Retention of a timber framed shed to rear elevation at: Glenfaba 5 Empress Drive Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 4LQ
which was considered on 9 November 2006, for the reasons set out below.
Date of Issue: 10th November, 2006

(ii) cause demonstrable harm to the amenities of the occupiers of No.3 Empress Drive from overbearingness and visual intrusion.
NOTE 1. The timber shed has been constructed without the benefit of planning approval and must be removed within 3 months of the date that the decision becomes final.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
