Officer's Report
The proposed structure is set to the rear of property. The structure would not be visible from the public highway of Woodside Terrace.
The proposal will be partially visible from Woodbourne Road. The site is at a lower level to Woodbourne Road and set approximately 20m away from the public highway. There is some landscaping along boundary with No.1. There is some landscaping in the garden of No.1 Woodside Terrace. These landscaping features obscure the majority of the views of the site. I consider the proposal will not adversely affect the visual amenities of the area. Furthermore, I do not consider the proposal would adversely affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area.
