In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Heron & Brearley Proposal: Removal of existing oil storage tanks and installation of three new tanks and associated works at: Isle Of Man Breweries Old Castletown Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 1QG
which was considered on 27 October 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of three new tanks as shown in drawing numbers 0007/06/01 date stamped 4th August 2006 and 0007/06/02 Rev A date stamped 6th October 2006.
- Prior to the commencement of works, full details of a landscaping scheme to be carried out have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. All planting shall be carried out in accordance the approved details in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development. Any trees or shrubs which within 5 years from the completion of the development dies, is removed or becomes seriously damaged or diseased
shall be replaced in the next planting season with another of similar size and species unless the planning authority gives written consent to any variation.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
