PA 06/01404 Erection of 50 bed nursing home with associated parking and landscaping, part of field 314543, Glenfaba Road. RECOMMENDED REFUSAL. The surface water dispersal should not be into the existing drain (as proposed) because this drain converts into a combined surface and foul sewer lower down Glenfaba Road. Department of Transport (Drainage Division) policy for new developments does not allow surface water to flow into the foul sewer.
