Officer's Report
It is proposed to erect a timber storage building within the grounds of Marown School, Glen Darragh Road, Glen Vine, to provide an area to store PE equipment.
The building, which would have a pitched roof, would be sited to the north of the school and would not be readily visible within the streetscene.
Subject to a condition regarding the use, the proposal is considered to be acceptable.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 25th August 2006.
C 3. The building may only be used for storage purposes in association with Marwon School.
N 4. The applicant is advised to consult with the M.E.A. to determine the clearance required from the (overhead high tension line) or (the underground cable) which crosses the site.
