In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Ms P J Jewison Proposal: Change of use of land and planting of a 2.5 acre mixed species wood at: West Loughan Jurby East Isle Of Man IM7 3EZ
which was considered on 30 November 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents which are date-stamped 31st August 2006.
- An 11kV overhead line crosses the site. A 10 metre corridor, either side of the outside conductor, which is free of all trees must be created. The applicant is advised that the Manx Electricity Authority will require the right to keep the area clear and to trim any tree branches which encroach upon this corridor. Alternatively, the overhead line may be routed under ground, in which case a 5
metre corridor will be required, or the equipment could be diverted around the site.
The Manx Electricity Authority will not accept liability for any costs incurred with regard to the works required above.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
