Re: PA 06/01161/C – Change of use existing retail units to a fish and chip takeaway, restaurant, and coffee hours, Shops 4, 5 & 6 Quines Corners, Douglas
Please find a statement that set out the position of the Planning Authority in respect of the above planning application.
The statement comprises of three parts:
- a copy of the case officers report that assessed the proposal and recommended that the planning application be refused. This was considered and accepted by the Director of Planning and Building Control on the 25th August 2006.
- a set of suggested conditions and notes in the event that the appointed Planning Inspector is minded to recommend that the application be approved.
