Officer's Report

The neighbouring property has uPVC casement windows which have been granted planning permission back in 1998. Since the neighbouring property has already installed uPVC casement windows. This application is proposing rear casement windows, which are no readily visible from the public highway. I do not feel the proposal will cause any significant impact on the visual amenities of the area. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.
