This permission relates to the installation of a new oil tank and surrounding fencing as shown in drawings reference SC835/P/10-100 and -101 both received on 31st July, 2006.
Removal of redundant tanks
If and when the existing tanks and enclosure, shown on drawing SC835/P/10-101 become redundant for their original purpose, they must be removed to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority.
