Officer's Report
The existing windows on the front elevation are wooden sliding sash windows. The neighbouring property has uPVC casement windows which were granted planning permission back in 2001. Since the neighbouring property has already installed uPVC casement windows. I do not feel ~~sustainrefusal~~ could be sustained at appeal. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.
