In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 26 June 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the new vehicular entrance and alterations to the existing car park as shown in drawings 17496/02 and -/03 received on 11th April, 2006.
- The disabled person's parking space must be a minimum of 3.6m wide to enable convenient use of this space by disabled persons.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
NOTE A foul sewer runs in the public footpath across the front of the school. If, during the creation of the new entranceway, the level of the footpath is reduced, resulting in the need to reduce the cover level of the manhole the applicant should contact the Drainage Division of Department of Transport to assess the exact works required on this manhole. Any costs of reducing the cover level of the public manhole will be at the applicant's expense.
NOTE Prior to the commencement of works on site, the applicant should discuss with the MEA the underground cables/overhead lines present in the area of the application.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
