Re: PA 06/00674 – Alterations and creation of first floor extension in roofspace, 28 Banks Howe, Onchan

I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Monday 8th May 2006.

The Commissioners would recommend that consideration be given to amending the plans to take into consideration the following:-

"The proposed increase in height of the roof produces an unbalanced relationship between wall and roof. A lower pitch, with dormers to provide head height, may produce a more balanced appearance."
