PA 06/681/B – Replace existing lamp post unit with a traditional style unit, Land Adjacent To Thie Y Chleree, Maughold.

The plans for the proposed development have been inspected and the Drainage Division of the Department of Transport requests that the following comment(s) be passed to your Planning Committee: -

NO OBJECTION In principle subject to: -

Public sewerage crosses this site. The line of the sewer(s) must be identified before development work commences. The sewer(s) must be fully protected whilst all building works are being carried out. No part of the proposed development may be constructed, nor any trees planted, within three metres of any public sewer either at the time of construction or at any time in the future.

The applicant is advised to contact the Drainage Division to discuss this matter with the Drainage Division prior to work commencing on site.

In the event that this application is approved I should be grateful if these comments could be incorporated in the approval notice.
