06/00381/B Erection of a two storey extension to side elevation to provide garage and additional living accommodation, 9 Birch Drive, Ballawattleworth, Peel. RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.
PA 06/00394/B Approval in principle for the erection of six semi detached “affordable” dwellings and fifteen detached dwelling, Field 311788 adjacent to Brickworks entrance, Glenfaba Road, Peel. Concern was expressed over the proposed method to dispose of surface storm water. The Commissioners wish to remind the Planning Committee that the adjacent area is zoned for industrial use and an application for such use is currently before the Committee.
