Miss P Newton 2 Glen View South Cape Laxey
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr S Christian Proposal: Approval in principle for the erection of an agricultural workers dwelling (Re-submission of 04/00443) at: Field 220846 Brooghjairg Beg Bollyndale Road Ballaugh Isle Of Man

Date of Issue: 18 September, 2006 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas [Signature: "Gene Callen" with signature] Secretary Planning Committee
Reason(S) For Refusal:

NOTE 1. This refusal is without prejudice to a new application proposing a site nearer to the existing barn.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
