In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr & Mrs Couch Proposal: Erection of a single storey kitchen extension to south elevation and demolition of existing garage and erection of a detached replacement garage with new vehicular entrance at: Primrose Lodge Athol Park Port Erin Isle Of Man IM9 6ES
which was considered on 16 May 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the alterations and extensions, the demolition of the rear annex and outbuildings and the erection of a new garage all as shown in drawings reference 01 and 02 and the site plan all received on 31st March, 2006.
NOTE The applicant is recommended to consult the Isle of Man Water Authority regarding the water main which runs along the frontage of the property and which may be susceptible to damage due to vehicles passing over it.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
