• In terms of the visual impact of the locality, the proposal is set to the rear of the application. Permission has already been granted for two roof lights to the front of the property. The proposed roof lights will not adversely affect the visual amenities of the locality.

I therefore recommend that permission be granted subject to conditions in the attached schedule.
