In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr I F Jones Proposal: Amendments to approved PA 05/01016 to extend the first floor dimensions and alter the internal layout of the accommodation at: Workshop And Land Adjacent To 16 Stanley Mount Peel Isle Of Man
which was considered on 10 April 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the demolition of the existing garage and erection of two dwellings and garaging as shown in drawing reference 43/01/02A received on 10th February, 2006.
- The new windows must be sliding sash, framed either in timber, aluminium or plastic. Prior to the installation of any of the windows, sectional details showing the profile of the frame and glazing bars must be approved by the Planning Authority.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
