which was considered at a meeting held on the 9 August 1995, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule, numbered 1 to 2.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town & Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, byelaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: NO WORKS MAY BE COMMENCED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS -
a) the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or b) any review of the initial decision has been completed; or c) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to any decision at review has expired; or d) any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of review against the decision of the Planning Committee are attached.
- This approval adds the use of part of the building as a cafe to the extant use of the building as a shop as shown in Use Classes 1 and 2 of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 1982.
- This permission shall expire if not taken up within 2 years of the date of this notice.
NOTE: The applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer regarding means of escape etc.
SCHEDULE USE CLASSES
Class 1 Use as a shop for the sale of hot food for consumption off the premises.
Class 2 Use as a shop for the sale of food, other than hot food for consumption off the premises.
Class 3 Use as a shop for any purpose except as:- (i) a shop for the sale of food; (ii) a shop for the sale of pet animals or birds or pet foods; (iii) a shop for the sale of motor vehicles.
Class 4 Use as an office for any purpose.
Class 5 Use as a light industrial building for any purpose.
Class 6 Use as a boarding- or guest-house, or as a hotel providing sleeping accommodation.
Class 7 Use as a building for public worship or religious instruction or for the social or recreational activities of the religious body using the building.
Class 8 Use as a home or institution providing for the boarding, care and maintenance of children, old people or persons under disability, a convalescent home, a nursing home, a sanatorium or a hospital (other than a hospital, home hostel or institution included in Class 10).
