1986 Approval Notice Conditions
PA86/1101 - ON REVIEW APPROVED: 3.12.86 Ref: NW/JLG
(1) The building(s) shall not be used for any other purpose than that indicated on the plan or in the application without the consent of the Committee.
(2) This permission shall be deemed to be an approval in principle for a period of TWO years only and shall not permit any development works prior to the approval of detailed information by the Committee.
(3) The erection of the proposed polytunnels and site works in association with the proposed horticultural business must be commenced and significant progress thereon be made and de-monstrated to the Planning Committee three months prior to the commencement of building operations in connection with the proposed dwelling.
(4) The roof must be of dark natural slate
(5) The Manx Electricity Authority must be consulted PRIOR to the submission of detailed plans to ensure that an adequate supply of electricity can be made available to serve this development to the satisfaction of the Committee.
(6) All services including electricity and telephone must be laid underground to the satisfaction of the Committee and arrangements for the supply of such services acceptable to the Committee must be made PRIOR to the commencement of any building works.
(7) The size, design and position of the septic tank and its soakaway shall be to the satisfaction of the Byelaw Officer.
(8) The occupation of the proposed dwelling(s) must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employment in agriculture in the Island and including also the dependants of such persons as aforesaid and such tenancy must be subject at all times to enquiry and approval by the Committee.
(9) Landscaping and the planting of young trees and shrubs must be carried out according to a scheme which must be submitted to and approved by the Isle of Man Forestry, Mines & Lands Board and the Committee PRIOR to the commencement of any building works.
