I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners’ meeting held on Wednesday 11th January 2006.

The Commissioners recommend that the application be REFUSED for the following reasons:-

“It is accepted that the proposed conservatory is on the side elevation however as the property is a corner plot it would project beyond the building line.”
