Officer's Report
The site represents the residential curtilage of an existing dwelling located at the end of Pairk Beg, on the north eastern side of the Douglas Road (A7).
The site falls within an area of Residential use on the Port Erin Plan adopted by Tynwald in 1990.
Proposed here is the erection of a conservatory on the rear elevation. This measures 5m by 4.1m in area and will be 3.4m to the ridge. The conservatory will come within 1.1m of the rear boundary, from which the house behind is 17m away.
There will not be any adverse impact from the erection of the conservatory and there are no adverse comments: Port Erin Commissioners indicate that they have no objections to the application.
