which was considered on 19 December 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the drawing submitted on 23rd April 2003 and drawing number 2672/1 and the survey information submitted on 28th November 2003.
- This approval relates to the conversion of the building to residential purposes only.
- The Reserved Matters application must show a conversion which is sympathetic to the character and appearance of the existing building and must comply with the provisions of Planning Circular 3/89 "Renovation of Buildings in the Countryside".
- The accommodation must be used in association with the main house known as "The Old Rectory" and must not be sold off separately.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
