Officer's Report
The site defined in red in the location plan represents a new bridal shop located on the northern side of Arbory Street within an area of Predominantly Residential Use on the Castletown Local Plan and within the Conservation Area.
The property has permission for use as a bridal shop under 05/00459.
Now proposed is the erection of signage which takes the form of two white boards with black foam lettering: the sign boards will be 500mm by 1200mm and 1000mm by 1200mm and fitted alongside the front door.
The signage is neat and not excessive.
There are no views on the file.
