This permission relates to the erection of a rear conservatory and three rear dormers as shown in drawing numbers 03 Rev A, 04 Rev A, and 05 Rev A date stamped 22 November 2005 and drawing numbers 01 and 02 date stamped 3rd October 2005.
Materials approval
Prior to the commencement of the cladding of the dormers the samples of the facing materials proposed to be used shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. Once approved the development shall be carried out only in full accordance with such approved details or any approved amendments.
Surface water drainage
There must be no discharge of surface water (including that from roofs and paved areas) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999.
Soakaway note
It is noted that the surface water from the property is to be discharged via a soakaway. The use of soakaways are subject to Building Control approval and if this approval is not granted, the Drainage Division would not give permission for the discharge of surface water into the existing foul system and an alternative means of disposal would have to be sought.
