Officer's Report
The application seeks approval for the erection of a conservatory onto a dwelling in Jurby. This application is an amendment to a previously approved conservatory. The proposal is to increase the projection of the conservatory from 5.5m to 6.5m
The proposed conservatory will be positioned on the end of an extension to the dwelling that cannot be easily seen from the adjacent public highway. Any views from the public highway are distant. I do not feel the increase in projection would cause any significant harm to the visual amenities of the locality. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.
