Officer's Report
The planning application seeks approval for the erection of a stone wall on the front boundary of a detached dwelling in Braddan.
There are no objections to the planning application. The planning application submission is slightly confused and it appears that there is some dispute between the applicant and the Department of Transport in relation to the recent Vicarage Road scheme. This is not a matter for my concern and the proposed development is acceptable. I recommend that the planning application be approved.
