Item For Delegated Consideration TO: Secretary of the Planning Committee FROM: Anthony Holmes, Planning Officer DATE: 18th December 2006 Re: PA 05/02025/R – Retrospective application for the erection of a marquee, Barroose House, Baldrine, Lonan. The Director of Planning and Building Control is requested to consider submissions made in relation to condition no. 3 of the above approved planning application. Condition no. 3 states: "Within four weeks of the date of the granting of this approval the applicants shall submit to the Planning Authority an accurate 1:500 scale survey of all existing trees within the application site with circumferences of 30cm or greater measured at the base of the bole. In the meantime and thereafter, no tree within the application site shall be felled, topped or lopped without prior written consent of the Planning Authority." The applicant's have submitted a drawing (001 rev. A) that details the trees in accordance with the requirements of the condition. The submission is considered to meet the requirements of the condition.
