Dear Sir / Madam,

Re: PLANNING PERMISSION 05/2054 ROSLYN, MAIN ROAD, BALLAGH

I would like to object to the above planning permission. The conservatory wall will be block work on my side which will block my light to the kitchen and obscure my view to the rear as it is right up to my boundaries. It will also be about only about 6 ft away from the oil tank.

There has already been one extension to the property and the one now proposed will make both extensions bigger than the original property. Access for the building work will be through my garden which in our deeds was only for five exit and whereby bin collection.
